I placed my first order with a distributor tonight, ordered a pistol and some rifles and a single shot .410 shotgun. This first order has six Henry AR-7 Survival Rifles, a firearm many of my friends are looking for. I will get the payment out to them tomorrow so I should have the new stock next week. The next step will be setting up with a second distributor

The FFL was issued, and I received a fax copy today. Keel Mountain Munitions LLC is ready for business. I have transferred 5 pistols from my personal collection to get things started. Once I get the account with Davidson's squared away I will be ordering several Henry AR-7 .22LR Survival Rifles.
Keep checking back for updates I spoke with the document examiner with BATFE about my application, processing is in progress. We are expecting all to be done and license in hand next week. I have heard this before, we will see how it works out.
September 11, and still waiting on ATFE. Made some calls this morning, best I could do is leave messages. I may need to make some personal visits and get some new phone numbers.

As of 7 Sep 12, my FFL has not yet been received. I was assured by ATFE I would have it this week, but bureaucratic wheels spin VERY slowly. I remain in contact with the powers to be, trying to remain the squeaky wheel. |
