Internet Sales:
If you are not a local resident and wish to purchase a firearm from me Federal law requires that the firearm is sent to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in your home area. That FFL will receive the firearm, and when you come to pick it up, they will perform the required NICS background check as well as whatever your state may require.
Here are the steps we need to take to ensure a legal transaction:
Be sure to consider all the fees involved with these purchases. The seller will have a shipping fee, and you will pay a fee at your end as well. I will act as a receiving FFL dealer for you if you find a great deal elsewhere, my transfer fee is $20 (see above). Give me a chance to see if I can get you a better deal.
If you are purchasing the firearm from me, there is no fee to transfer out, shipping on handguns is a flat $25 unless otherwise indicated.

- Contact the seller (hopefully me) and secure the firearm. If you purchase firearm from me to be shipped out, the is NO TRANSFER OUT fee, just the shipping.
- Make contact with the FFL you wish to receive the firearm and be sure that they will perform this service for you and what their fee is. Shop around, while I only charge $20 for this, some local FFLs charge up to $75! Where you get this done will have an impact on the true cost of the firearm.
- Provide the receiving FFL with the seller's contact information (phone, fax, email).
- The receiving FFL will provide the seller a copy of their FFL for verification.
- The seller ships the firearm to the receiving FFL.
- You pick up the firearm locally.
